raceFormula 1 Track: An exclusive 10-year contract to host the premier race in Greater Noida has been signed between Construction Company of JP Group and F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone. The site for the race track was surveyed by Hermann Tilke who has designed most F1 tracks over the past decade in Sepang, Bahrain, Shanghai, Istanbul and Singapore. The track has a length of 5.5 km and an area of 4,000 hectares. Seating capacity is expected to be 200,000.

Climate in Greater Noida

Greater Noida has a hot and humid climate for most of the season. The city climate becomes very hot during the month of June which is followed by monsoon happening after June. Greater Noida monsoon has never been like the one we witness in other parts of India, say for example Mumbai. Winter in Noida is very chilly which peaks in at the start of November and continues till the month of February.
